Yahya Mahamid, an inspiring Israeli speaker, educator, and activist, who is dedicated to empowering and integrating youth from Israel’s Arab minority into society. Born and raised in the city of Umm Al Fahm, Yahya initially harbored a negative perception of Israel and the Jewish people, having been exposed to misinformation about the Arab-Israeli conflict. However, after being exposed to Israeli Jews, Yahya’s perspective began to change, and he chose to volunteer as a combat infantry soldier in the IDF, becoming one of the few Israeli-Muslims to have done so.<\/p>

This experience not only gave him a deeper understanding of Israel and its people but also inspired him to work towards building bridges between the Arab and Jewish communities.<\/p>

Today, Yahya is a mentor in various programs and initiatives, where he shares his inspiring story and works tirelessly to empower young people from Israel’s Arab minority. He is passionate about promoting education and social integration and is currently pursuing a B.A. in Education at Ono Academic College. In addition to his work with youth, Yahya is a vocal advocate against anti-Semitism and misinformation about Israel, using his platform to educate others and promote dialogue and understanding. His dedication to building a more inclusive and tolerant society has earned him widespread recognition and admiration from people across Israel and beyond.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
